The registration of international students is done on presentation of the registration authorization issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Management Training / Department of Cooperation and Partnership (DCP ) targeted by the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI). Foreign students will necessarily submit their application through diplomatic channels, within the framework of cooperation between Morocco and their countries of origin. The AMCI under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation transmits the application files of foreign students to the Department of Cooperation and Partnership.

New students in normal times

• For enrollment in the first year of the basic license, the enrollment authorization is issued directly by the DCP without going through the Faculty.
• For enrollment in S3 and S5 fundamental license, LP, M, MS, application files are submitted to the Faculty for opinion. The enrollment authorization is issued by the DCP after a favorable opinion from the Faculty.

These students are exempt from written and / or oral tests, the study of their academic records is sufficient.

Students graduating from Moroccan institutions

For registration in LP, M, MS, students, laureates from Morocco, are subject to the same access conditions applied to their Moroccan counterparts (submission of applications within the time limits required by the establishment, exams or access interview …). The final registration authorization is issued by the DCP after receipt of the admission decision from the Faculty. Admitted students may continue their studies pending the issuance of registration authorizations by the DCP.

Students residing in Morocco

Applications for the registration of students residing in Morocco in LEF, LP, M, MS, are processed in the same way as those of their Moroccan colleagues. Registration is done directly without the registration authorization from the DCP.
