The Faculty of Sciences is headed by a Dean, accompanied in the conduct of his duties by a team of Vice-Deans who work in their respective perimeter.

The Dean ensures the functioning of the Faculty and coordinates all of its activities.

• He chairs the school board and sets the agenda under the conditions set by the internal regulations of the school board.
• He manages all the staff assigned to the establishment.
• He sees to the smooth running of lessons and knowledge checks and takes all appropriate measures to this end.
• He negotiates cooperation agreements and conventions which are subject to the approval of the university council.
• He ensures, under the supervision of the president of the university, compliance with the laws and regulations in force and the internal regulations within the confines of the establishment and can take all the measures that the circumstances require in accordance with the legislation.
