The International University of Rabat and Morocco Numeric Cluster (MNC) signed at the end of May, a partnership agreement, in the presence of Mrs. Ihsane HIMMI, General Director of MNC, with the aim of concretizing the collaboration on several fields of action emanating from the activities of the Cluster.

This agreement embodies the common desire between the UIR and MNC to develop collaborative actions aimed at supporting digital innovation and the development of the digital ecosystem in Morocco around the following axes:

• Support for project leaders and promotion of innovative entrepreneurship
• Support and support for innovative collaborative projects
• Contribution to the professional integration of young people into the labor market
• Organization of training in digital professions

· Joint participation of the UIR and MNC in calls for projects, organization of innovation competitions, hackathons, information days… .etc

At the end of this convention, the UIR will integrate the FIWARE platform, run in Morocco by MNC. This global platform allows Moroccan developers to implement smart applications in a simple, easy and efficient way by offering a space for digital development and testing.
